Shop Opening Times
We guarantee the freshest flowers are included in your order therefore lead time for our floral arrangements vary. All of our bouquets are unique in style and created just for you.
Please see individual products for the lead time required to process your order. We will always try our very best to match our bespoke bouquets to those pictured on our website but we can’t always guarantee the exact flower and style to those pictured due to seasonal flowers / busy periods / English and Dutch holidays / delivery schedules etc if exact flowers can’t be used we will use flowers of the same or more monetary value for your order.
Branch and Bloom offer seasonal organic flowers from May to mid November for use in wedding florals and bouquets. Bouquets using our locally grown flowers are all unique and the flowers and foliage like the seasons will change in colour and style. Flowers are priced per stem and made up to the value of your order at time of purchase. We also use a wholesale flower retailer for our shop plants and flowers throughout the year.
We offer deliveries on all orders within 15miles of Wells for a £5 charge.
Deliveries will be scheduled between 9 am - 6 pm for the date specified at time of purchase. If you need a specific time please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. You can enter a message online and select a date you would like the flowers delivered or if you would like to collect from the shop (bearing in mind the lead time for the floral arrangements) during check out.
Please note our shop is closed on Sunday and Monday. If you select one of these days for delivery we will automatically deliver your flowers for the next available delivery day which would be a Tuesday. We will do our best to contact you should this happen to discuss your order.

Branch and Bloom refund policy
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers cannot be returned. Additional non-returnable items:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com within 24 hours of purchase with a photograph of the product in question or return to the shop: 38 Market Street, Wells, BA5 2DS
